09/27/14: Nutrition Challenge Starts Oct 1

CrossFit 908’s next Nutrition Challenge starts on Wednesday, October 1st.  Weigh-ins can start as early as Monday, September 29.  Please send all weigh-ins to [email protected].  All the challenge’s pertinent information can be found here.   Please join the Facebook group to post your daily points.  The challenge will last from Oct 1- Oct 31.  Body fat testing appointments are still available for Monday, September 29th from 8am-9pm.  Please e-mail [email protected] to reserve your 15 minute slot.  Looking forward to some great success stories!

Today’s Workout:

  • Triple Jackie (Done in teams of 2 – Sx = teams of 3)
    • 3K Row (Alternate as desired – Can be done as a run of 10 x 300m alternating)
    • 150 Barbell Thrusters (45#)
    • 90 Pull Ups
    • NOTE: One partner works while one partner rests.  Make sure you are working hard and treating each interval of work like a sprint.
  • Finisher – Partner 800m Farmers Carry / Overhead Carry.  One carries an object overhead while one holds two kettlebells or dumbbells in a farmers carry.
