CrossFit 908’s next Nutrition Challenge starts on Wednesday, October 1st. Weigh-ins can start as early as Monday, September 29. Please send all weigh-ins to [email protected]. - Triple Jackie (Done in teams of 2 – Sx = teams of 3)
- 3K Row (Alternate as desired – Can be done as a run of 10 x 300m alternating)
- 150 Barbell Thrusters (45#)
- 90 Pull Ups
- NOTE: One partner works while one partner rests. Make sure you are working hard and treating each interval of work like a sprint.
- Finisher – Partner 800m Farmers Carry / Overhead Carry. One carries an object overhead while one holds two kettlebells or dumbbells in a farmers carry.
