Today’s Workout:

  • Strength  – Superset 5×5 – Pull Ups + Ring Dips As Challenging As Possible – Rest 60-90 seconds between sets
  • Conditioning – 3RFT
    • 300M Run w/ Slam Ball (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
    • 20 Slam Balls
    • 10 Handstand Push Ups
  • 400M Waiter Walk
