10/07/14: Super Tuesday – NC Day #7

There will only be one Friday PM class this week @ 4PM.  

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength/Skill – 5 Sets of 5 Strict Chin Ups + 5 Handstand Push Ups.  Increase the difficulty each set.  Rest 90 seconds between sets.
  • Conditioning – 7 Rounds For Time
    • 10 Ring Dips
    • 10 Burpee Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
  • Finisher – 50 Ring Rows (Strict)
