Our group classes are fun and always leave you feeling better than when you came in. Our coaches always cue and correct your form at every class to keep your training safe and effective. The workouts are a mix of strength and cardio, to help you build muscle and lose fat. Our supportive community will keep you accountable and get you fit while having a blast. Our weekly class schedule consists of “Workout of the Day” classes, Weightlifting class, as well as Open Gym.
Private coaching offers a fun and non-intimidating environment to help you learn proper technique before graduating to our group fitness classes. Not knowing what to do in the gym is just as frustrating as not knowing how to do an exercise. Our expert coaches will help you to stay safe and get the most out of your workouts by teaching you proper form and guiding you through your workouts. Here at 908 Athletics, we pride ourselves on our ability to coach and teach proper mechanics to all new and existing clientele to keep your training safe and effective. Once clients graduate to group class, we find private coaching to be an excellent complement to our group training as it allows our coaching staff to focus on specific areas of your fitness that need the most attention to help you reach your goals faster. Whether you are brand new to fitness or a seasoned vet, private coaching can help you hone your movement technique and help you get more out of your daily workouts. Private coaching can be scheduled around your availability, morning or night, seven days per week.
Kids & Teens Classes
With kids on screens more than ever, it is important to get them out of the house and doing physical activity. Our kids and teens program teaches your children about fitness in a fun, safe, and motivating environment. Your kids deserve to be happy and healthy.
