The 2022 Garden State Open is just a few short wee The 2022 Garden State Open is just a few short weeks away on Saturday, 10/01. So far there are over 120 athletes signed up representing 40 local gyms / CrossFit affiliates. ⚡️ Registration closes THIS Friday, 09/16 12pm, so sign up before it is too late! Click the link in bio to register! ⚡️ All workout demo videos are being released this week. ——- 💥 Here is the standards video for Workout #2 - "Why is 6 Afraid of 7?!" It is a 6 minute AMRAP of 7 box jumps overs, 8 alternating dumbbell snatches, and 9 toes to bar for our Rx/M40+ divisions and 9 abmat sit ups for our scaled division. Your score is your total number of rounds and reps completed. Please reference the video for weights and scaling options. ——- 💰 Cash prizes for Rx and Masters 40+ podium finishers. ——- When: Saturday, October 1 2022 What: Individual Competition with 3 divisions - Rx, Scaled, and Masters 40+ Where: 908 Athletics in Berkeley Heights, NJ ——- In need of judges!
