Group Fitness Classes

Our group classes are fun and always leave you feeling better than when you came in.  Our coaches always cue and correct your form at every class to keep your training safe and effective.  The workouts are a mix of strength and cardio, to help you build muscle and lose fat.  Our supportive community will keep you accountable and get you fit while having a blast.

Our weekly class schedule consists of “Workout of the Day” classes, Weightlifting class, as well as Open Gym.
