  • Strength – Dumbbell Bench Press – 15-12-9-6 reps / Increase weight each set.  Max reps @ weight chosen for 6 reps.
  • Conditioning – For Time
    • 50 Double Unders (Sx = 1:00 of attempts OR 100 Singles)
    • 20 Deadlift (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 50 Double Unders
    • 20 Front Squat
    • 50 DU
    • 20 Shoulder To Overhead
    • 50 DU
    • 20 Thrusters
    • 50 DU
  • Finisher – Inside – 300m one arm farmers carry / one arm-waiters carry – 5 times down and back along the rig.
