Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 8 Bench Press (Benching with the barbell today)
  • Conditioning – For Time – (20 min time cap)
    • 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of
      • Ring Dips
      • Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
  • Finisher – Teams of 4 – AMRAP10 Cals on Bike
