No Yoga this Sunday, July 10th!  Karen will be away this weekend, but yoga will resume on July 17th.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean starting @ 75% of your 1RM power clean.  Attempt to increase weight.
  • Conditioning -5 Rounds  For Time – “Limp Fish”
    • 25 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 15 Toes To Bar
  • Finisher – 5 x 10 Goblet Lunge + :30 Hollow Hold
