08/03/16: A little push to get over the hump…

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 7 x 3 Push Press @ 80% of 1RM
  • Conditioning – Every 4 minutes x 5 rounds (Sx = Every 5 min x 4 rounds) – “Piston”
    • 10 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press / Box – Rx = Head to Ground – CRx = 4″/2″ Def or Strict)
    • 15 Dumbbell Hang Cleans (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#/35#)
    • 200m Run
  • Finisher – 4 x 10 Burpees – Rest 30 seconds in between.
