  • Strength – Back Rack Lunge – 5 x 4 reps each leg @ 60% of your 1RM Back Squat
  • Conditioning – “Skill Joy” – AMRAP20
    • 400m Run
    • 3 Rope Climbs (Sx = 3 Modified or 12 Ring Rows)
    • 12 Overhead Squats (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
  • Finisher – 3 x (1:00 Banded Plank + 30 Russian Twists)
