- 400m Run
- 3 Rope Climbs (Sx = 3 Modified or 12 Ring Rows)
- 12 Overhead Squats (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- Finisher – 3 x (1:00 Banded Plank + 30 Russian Twists)
