  • Teams of 4 – For Time – “Traffic Jam”
    • Calorie Assault Bike – (Sx = 100 / Rx = 150 / CRx = 200)
    • 10 50ft Sled Pushes Each (Sx = unloaded / Rx = +45/+25 – CRx = +90# / +45#)
    • Calorie Assault Bike (Same)
  • Finisher – Group Wall Squat (Pass the med ball until last person standing)
