Registration for the 2016 Garden State Open @ CrossFit 908 open next Monday, 08/15 @ 10am. We need judges and volunteers too! Anyway you can help would be greatly appreciated.
Today’s Workout:
- Front Squat – 5 x 3 @ 82.5% of 1RM
- Conditioning – 4 Rounds Each For Time – Rest 2 min between rounds – “Mini Barbara”
- 10 Strict Pull Ups (Sx = 10 Strict Banded or 10 Jumping or 10 Ring Rows)
- 20 Push Ups
- 30 Sit Ups
- 40 Air Squats
- Finisher – 400m Double Front Rack Carry with Kettlebells
