- Strength – Take 20 min to find a 1RM clean & Jerk. If you max out with time left. Complete 3-5 reps @ 80% of 1RM.
- Conditioning – With a 10 minute running clock complete the following
- 3 min – Max Calories Row
- 2 min – Max Double Unders
- 5 min – Max Muscle Ups (Sx = Max Rounds of 3 Unbanded Strict Pull Ups OR 6 Strict Ring Row + 3 Strict Unbanded Ring Dips OR 6 Hand Release Push Ups – If you are doing scaled today, challenge yourself. Today is a day to do less reps with higher difficulty)
- Finisher – 10/15/20 Burpees resting 1:1 – Score is total time including rest.
