08/15/16: GSO Registration Opens @ 10am

Today @ 10am – Garden State Open Registration Starts!  Don’t miss out on signing up!

Today’s Workout;

  • Strength – Take 20 min to find a 1RM clean & Jerk.  If you max out with time left. Complete 3-5 reps @ 80% of 1RM.
  • Conditioning – With a 10 minute running clock complete the following
    • 3 min – Max Calories Row
    • 2 min – Max Double Unders
    • 5 min – Max Muscle Ups (Sx = Max Rounds of 3 Unbanded Strict Pull Ups OR 6 Strict Ring Row + 3 Strict Unbanded Ring Dips OR 6 Hand Release Push Ups – If you are doing scaled today, challenge yourself.  Today is a day to do less reps with higher difficulty)
  • Finisher – 10/15/20 Burpees resting 1:1 – Score is total time including rest.
