- Conditioning – AMRAP20 “Rinse and Repeat”
- 25 Abmat Sit Ups
- 200m Run
- 25 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 200m Run
- Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict Toes To Bar / :30 Hollow Hold
