08/16/16: Leg Day

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Front Squat – 3 x 8 @ 78.5% (Lighter than last week, but should still be a challenge to complete 8 reps.  Rest 3 minutes between working sets)
  • Conditioning – AMRAP20 “Rinse and Repeat”
    • 25 Abmat Sit Ups
    • 200m Run
    • 25 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 200m Run
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict Toes To Bar / :30 Hollow Hold
