Today’s Workout:

  • Warm Up – Spend 10-15 minutes working on overhead squat technique and building to a challenging set of 3 reps.
  • Conditioning – “Nancy” – 5 Rounds For Time
    • Run 400m
    • 15 Overhead Squats (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65#)
  • Finisher – 5 x 5 Strict Handstand Push Ups + :30 Weighted Plank
