Pat has been our head judge for the past 4 years and he holds a judging seminar before the competition to ensure that everyone is aware of the standards. Today’s Workout:
- Complete in teams of 2 for total reps – one person works at a time
- AMRAP5 – Max Calorie Row (Alternate as desired on all movements)
- AMRAP5 – Max Push Press (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/75#)
- AMRAP5 – Max Sit Ups
- AMRAP5 – Max Double Unders (Sx = :30 of attempts and switch)
- AMRAP5 – Max KB Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
- Finisher – In teams of two (Sx = 75 Push Ups / Rx = 125 Push Ups / CRx = 200 Push Ups For Time – Alternate as needed)
