- 20 Hang Power Clean & Jerk (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 10 Thrusters (Same)
- Finisher – 400m Waiter / Farmers Carry. One hand overhead / one hand farmers style. Alternate as needed.
