Today’s Workout:
- Skill – E2MOM10 – 5 Overhead Squats – Can be taken from ground or rack. Start with a moderate load and increase weight throughout the sets. Technique is paramount with the OHS. It is a great movement, but it demands a lot from the body. Be safe and stay light if you have mobility issues.
- Conditioning – AMRAP16
- Run 400m
- 8 Muscle Ups (Sx = 10 Jumping CTB Pull Ups + 10 Burpees)
- Finisher – 400m Farmers Carry
