09/27/16: Max Out

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 20 min to establish a 1 rep max clean and jerk
  • Conditioning – “Grace”
    • For Time – 30 reps Clean & Jerk (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx 60% of 1RM if heavier than 135#/95#)
    • ****Workout Notes – You should aim to finish this workout in 5-7 minutes.  If it takes you longer than 10 minutes, you chose a weight that was too heavy.
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict Handstand Push Ups + 30 second Hollow Hold
