  • Strength – AMRAP12 -Teams of 4-5 – 50ft sled Push (Sx = Unloaded – Rx +45#/+25)
  • Conditioning – Reverse Annie – For Time
    • 10-20-30-40-50 reps of
      • Sit Ups
      • Double Unders (Sx = 3 for 1 singles or 1/2 the amount of cals on the bike)
  • Finisher – 400m Double KB Front Rack Walk – Heavier than last week.
