10/02/16: Sunday Update

Yoga @ 8:30am today.  After all that hard work this week, you need to treat your body to some recovery and mobility.  Don’t just sit around watching football and letting those hips get tighter than they already are.  Come stretch with Karen.

The week ahead:

  • Mon – Push Jerk + Couplet
  • Tue – Back Squat + Couplet
  • Wed – Partner Workout
  • Thurs – Yours
  • Fri – Cardio Blast (GSO competitors can use this day as a day to sweat and stay fresh)
  • Sat – Garden State Open – Gym is closed
  • Sun – Yoga & Open Gym
