    • 40 Pull Ups
    • 50 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# to 10ft)
  • Rest 10 minutes
  • Part B – For Time “Hang-demonium Part 2”
    • 150 Double Unders (Sx = 3 min of attempts or 3-for-1 Singles)
    • 40 Toes To Bar
    • 30 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Box or DB Push Press – Rx = Head To Ground – CRx = 4″/2″ Deficit”
  • Finisher – 5 x 15 / 10 Cal Assault Bike Sprint – Teams of 3-4
