10/15/16: Partner Workout

Today’s Workout:

  • Part A – Teams of 2 –  Against a 22 minute running clock, run 1 mile, and in the remaining time establish a 2-rep max front squat each.  Must share a barbell.
  • Rest 5 minutes – Clean up weights in transition.  DB’s and Boxes should be set up prior to starting Part A.
  • Part B – AMRAP13 – Partner Alternating
    • 7 Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
    • 7 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/18″)
