  • Skill – EMOM10 – 1 Hang Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
  • Conditioning – “Pop it, lock it, drop it” – 21-15-9 reps for time of –
    • Power Snatch (Sx = 55#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 95#/65#)
    • Overhead Squat – Same Weight
    • Burpee
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Kettlebell Side Bends + :30 Side Planks
