    • 30 Push Jerks
    • 500m Row
    • 30 Toes To Bar
    • 20 Push Jerks
    • 250m Row
    • 20 Toes To Bar
    • 10 Push Jerks
  • Finisher – 4 x 200m Hill Sprint
