10/28/16: Frideads

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength/Skill – Every 30 seconds for 10 min – 1 Hang Power Clean – Start @ 75-80% of 1RM Power Clean
  • Conditioning – “Grip-iddy-doo-dah” – For Time
    • 21-15-9-6-3
      • Deadlift (Sx = 95#/65#- Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 225#/155#)
      • Pull Up (Sx = Jumping Pull Ups / CRx = Chest to Bar)
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 15 Weights Sit Ups / 25 Russian Twists
