11/14/16: Monday Bunday

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Back Squat – 6×6 @ 5lbs heavier than last Monday.  If you are under 100lbs for a 5RM, you can use 1/2lb plates and make one to two pound jumps during this squat cycle.  Remember, focus is on squat quality.  If technique is breaking down or range of motion is compromised, the weight needs to be lowered until proper squatting form is achieved.  We don’t want to promote bad movement or load bad positions.
  • Conditioning – 2 Rounds For Total Reps
    • 1 Min – Max Ring Dips (Sx = Max Push Ups / CRx = Max Ring Muscle Ups)
    • 2 Min – Max Power Snatch (Sx = 55#/35# – Rx = 75#/55#)
    • 3 Min – Max Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • Rest 2 min
  • Finisher – 3 Rounds – (10 KB Side Bends Per Side + 25 Russian Twists)
