- Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Hindsight”
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
- 20 Push Ups
- Finisher – 3 Sets – (20 Goblet Lunges + 20 Banded Good Mornings)
