  • Strength – Back Squat – 8 x 4 @ 5lbs heavier than last Friday
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Hindsight”
    • 20 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 20 Push Ups
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – (20 Goblet Lunges + 20 Banded Good Mornings)
