Today’s Workout:

  • Teams of Two – “The Big Apple” – 20 Rounds For Time (Sx = 14 Rounds)
    • Pace Setter – 200m Run
    • Work –
      • 2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 2 Mod Rope Climbs OR 10 Ring Rows)
      • 10 Burpees
      • 20 Double Unders (Sx = :20 of attempts or 40 Singles)
  • Finisher – AMRAP3 – Wtd partner sit ups passing the weight back and forth each rep.
