- Strength – Back Squat – 6×6 – Attempt to add anywhere form one to five pounds from last Monday’s squats
- Conditioning – AMRAP9 – “Legstacy”
- 7 Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 115#/75#)
- 14 Air Squats
- Finisher – 3 Sets – 15 KB Side Bends Each Side + :30 Weighted Plank
