Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – 2 Power Cleans – Work on barbell cycling (touch & go reps).  Start @ 75% of 1RM Power Clean
  • Conditioning – Power Elizabeth – (Should be a sub 10 minute workout)
    • 21-15-9 reps for time of
      • Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
      • Ring Dips
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – :45 Banded Plank – 1:00 Rest
