Today’s Workout:
- Teams of 2 – AMRAP30 – “Kick the Boar, Smack The Floor”
- Run 200m Together
- 5 Toes To Bar
- 5 Burpees
- Run 200m Together
- 10 Toes To Bar
- 10 Burpees …….Continue to add 5 reps to each movement after each 200m run together. Continue for 30 min.
- NOTE*****Only one partner working at a time. In order for a rep to count, the partner who is not working must be holding a slam ball across the belly or chest. If the slam ball is on the ground, no reps count.
- Finisher – Have a beer or some champagne.
