12/31/16: Another Year Gone!

Happy New Year’s Eve to Everyone!  We are closed tomorrow, Sunday.

Today’s Workout:

  • Teams of 2 – AMRAP30 – “Kick the Boar, Smack The Floor”
    • Run 200m Together
    • 5 Toes To Bar
    • 5 Burpees
    • Run 200m Together
    • 10 Toes To Bar
    • 10 Burpees …….Continue to add 5 reps to each movement after each 200m run together.  Continue for 30 min.
    • NOTE*****Only one partner working at a time.  In order for a rep to count, the partner who is not working must be holding a slam ball across the belly or chest.  If the slam ball is on the ground, no reps count.
  • Finisher – Have a beer or some champagne.
