  • Front Squat – 3×5 @ 80%
  • WOD – for time
    • 400m run
    • 30 pull ups
    • 30 push ups
    • 30 hang power clean (135/95)
    • 400 m run
  • Accessory – 90 second hollow hold
  • Stretch

  3. Man, when I saw those first 2 WODs I thought they were for us. And I thought I’m going to have to modify/scale the hell outta this mofo:) thankfully, it’s for you to do and you will kill it!!!!! Luck!!!

    Caitie- My story is a little silly too, I broke my pinky and tore muscle throughout my right hand while falling off of a mechanical bull. The bull won and I didn’t look nearly as cool as Christina R.!! Hope YOUR hand feels better 🙂
