  • Strength – Front Squat – Take 20 min to find a 1RM
  • Conditioning – 12 Min EMOM –
    • 1st minute – Wall Balls – (20#/14#)
    • 2nd minute – Toes To Bar
      • Notes – (Scaled = 10 WB / 7 TTB) – (RX = 15 WB / 10 TTB) – (C-rx = 20 WB / 15 TTB)
  • Finisher – 4 x 20 on / 20 off – Hollow Hold
