Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 6 x 2 Front Squat (All sets to be performed @ 80%+. 09/21 we worked to a heavy single)
- Conditioning – Bar Crawl – 3 x AMRAP3 – Rest 1 minute between amraps
- 7 Hang Squat Cleans (Choose a weight around 35-40% of your heaviest set of 2. You should be able to do most sets unbroken
- 7 Lateral Burpees Over The Bar
- Finisher – 5 Sets – 100ft Double Front Rack KB Carry + 100 ft Farmers Carry
