Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Teams of 2 – Chipper Style
    • 100 / 90 / 80 /70 /60 – Double Unders
    • 50 / 40 / 30 / 20 / 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (Teams choose weight)
    • 90 / 80 / 70 / 60 / 50 Calorie Row
    • Intention – A good long sweat with work intervals being anywhere from 30s-60s.  Partners can split work however they like.
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict Toes To Bar + 20 Side Plank Reach Throughs
