01/07/13: New Fundamentals Starts Tonight @ 7:30pm

Tonight @ 7:30pm marks both the first Free Intro class of the new year as well as the first round of 2014 Fundamentals classes.  You can sign up for either HERE.

Today’s Workout: For Time – 20 min Time Cap

  • Skill – Double Unders – Take 5 minutes to work up to a max set of double unders
  • Conditioning – 20 min Time Cap
    • 70 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 60 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
    • 50 Burpees
    • 40 Pull Ups (Crx = CTB)
    • 30 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Push Press / Rx = Ground / CRx = 45″s)
  • Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict Ring Dips
