Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – EMOM24
    • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (Challenge yourself, but shoot for all 10 unbroken)
    • 2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 3 Mod Rope Climbs / CRx = 1 Legless + 2 Rope Climbs)
    • 15/10 Calorie Bike (Scale as needed to keep efforts :30-:40 max)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 15 Dumbbell Curls + 20 Banded Tricep Extensions
