Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 20 minutes to find a 5RM Push Press
- Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Time
- 20 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 5 Muscle Ups (Sub (10 Strict Pull Ups / 10 ring Dips – Bar Muscle ups are an acceptable sub as well)
- Finisher – Rest 2 min post workout and complete 25 burpees as fast as humanly possible
