- Warm Up – Make sure to stretch your achilles, soleus and calves. Warm up with some light jumping jacks or jump rope.
- Max Height Box Jump – 10 min time cap – No more than 5 attempts at max height. Be smart here. Push your mental limits, but know your physical limits. Today’s motto is, “Live to jump another day.”
- WOD – 6 x 300m Row Sprints – Partner up, and get after it. Rest 2 min between efforts
- Finisher – Choice of Sled or Yoke – 4 x 20m walk – 1-2 min rest between. Go heavy.
