Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Every Other Minute For 10 Minutes –  5 Back Rack Lunges Each Leg – Can be performed out of a rack or from the ground.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP12 –
    • Buy In – 800m Run
    • In remaining time complete as many rounds as possible of:
      • 5 Strict Chin Ups
      • 10 Burpees
      • 15 Air Squats
  • Cash Out – As soon as the AMRAP is completed, run 800m
