Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 7 x 3 Thruster – (Rack or Ground) – All sets challenging
- Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Total Reps / Cals
- 1 min – Row
- 1 min – Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 35#/25#)
- 1 min – Rest
- Intention – Choose dumbbells that you will be able to get 10-15 reps with each round. Goal is to have you work for the majority of the minute. Every row should be completed at 90% perceived rate of exertion.
- Finisher – :15 on / :15 off x 8 Hollow Hold (Scale up to hollow rocks if easy)
