Today’s Workout:
- In teams of two complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of
- 300m Run
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
- 10 Pull Ups (CRX = CTB)
- NOTE: One person works while one person rests. Rounds should be treated as a sprint.
