01/22/14 – Early AM classes CANCELLED

This morning’s 5:15am, 6am, and 7am classes are cancelled due to snow. All other classes are on (except for the 7:30pm class – due to rescheduling fundamentals). Drive safely!!!

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Find a 3 rep touch and go Clean
  • Conditioning – AMRAP 15 –100 sit up buy in
    • 15 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35/26, Rx = 53/35, Crx = 70/53)
    • 10 Toes to Bar
    • 5 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = dumbbell press, Rx = ground, Crx = deficit)
  • Finisher – Max push ups (2 minutes)
