01/27/14: Nutrition Challenge It Is….

Starting on Monday, February 3 and ending on Sunday, March 2 CrossFit 908 will host its next Nutrition Challenge.  Details will be sent out via email in the next day.  Start getting your grocery lists together.  We’re looking for some serious participation.  Start being accountable!  Heather H. will be taking measurements for all of those interested. She will be available this upcoming Tue/Thurs from 4:30pm – 7:30pm.  Simply email [email protected] to get an appointment.

Today’s Workout:

  • EMOM10 – Partner with someone who will lift similar weight
    • 1st min – 5 Back Squats (Sx = 65% / Rx = 70% / CRx = 75%)
    • 2nd min – Burpees (Sx = 5 / Rx = 7 / CRx = 10)
  • Conditioning – For Time – Time to Sprint!
    • 750m Row
    • 50 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 25 Toes To Bar (Sx = Knees to Chest)
  • Finisher – 2 min Plank each side
