01/28/14: New Fundamentals Tonight @ 7:30PM

A new cycle of CrossFit 908 Fundamentals starts tonight @ 7:30pm.

Today’s Workout:

  • 40-30-20-10 reps for time of
    • KB Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • Abmat Sit Ups
    • Hand Release Push Up
      • NOTE: To scale this workout up, start with 50 reps and work your way down.  That should be extra fun.
  • Finisher – 3 x 15 Pres Ups / Hamstring stretch against rig / Couch stretch on wall – 2 min each leg each stretch
