- 40-30-20-10 reps for time of
- KB Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
- Abmat Sit Ups
- Hand Release Push Up
- NOTE: To scale this workout up, start with 50 reps and work your way down. That should be extra fun.
- Finisher – 3 x 15 Pres Ups / Hamstring stretch against rig / Couch stretch on wall – 2 min each leg each stretch
