Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Time – “Golden Gloves”
    • 15 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 12 Hang Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 9 Thrusters (Same)
    • Coach’s Note – This workout will test your efficiency on the barbell.  Lots of reps today.  Choose a weight you can complete the hang powers cleans fresh in 2 sets or less.  Fatigue is inevitable, but choose a weight you can move well.  This workout is going to be a very heavy breather so focus on your breathing patterns when holding on to the barbell.
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 15 KB Side Bends + 10 Bulgarian Split Squats Each Leg

Congrats to everyone who competed at the Winter Wipeout on Saturday.  One of two competitions 908ers were at this weekend.  Strong showing of support as always.  You guys rock!  (Masters comp to follow tomorrow)
