Today’s Workout:
- Strength – EMOM10 – In the same minute complete
- 5 Deadlifts @ 60% of 1RM
- 5 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- Rest 10 min
- AMRAP8 – Increasing rep scheme. Increase by 4 reps every time
- 4 Jumping Lunges (2-for-1)
- 4 Pull Ups
- 8 Jumping Lunges (2-for-1)
- 8 Pull Ups…..
- Finisher – 30 TTB immediately after workout for time.
