01/31/14: Frideads

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – In the same minute complete
    • 5 Deadlifts @ 60% of 1RM
    • 5 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
  • Rest 10 min
  • AMRAP8 – Increasing rep scheme.  Increase by 4 reps every time
    • 4 Jumping Lunges (2-for-1)
    • 4 Pull Ups
    • 8 Jumping Lunges (2-for-1)
    • 8 Pull Ups…..
  • Finisher – 30 TTB immediately after workout for time.
