Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 3 x 40m Sled Push (20m down/20m back) for max weight. 45 sec time cap for each effort – rest 3 min
- Conditioning – 5 Rds – Groups of 4 – Follow the leader style
- 200m Row (Sprint!)
- 15 Burpees
- 20m sled push (unloaded)
- NOTE: Once the row is completed, the next person in the group begins the row. Once the 4th person in the group finishes the row, the first person begins again. Keep rotating like this until everyone has completed 5 rounds. Sleds are first come, first serve so move quick.
- Finisher – Mobility – If you have the time please take 15-20 minutes cooling down and mobilizing. Find a lax ball and become friends. Ask a coach how you can improve your mobility in a problem area.
